Connecting Communities: Headway Kent at Whitstable Social Prescribing Event

Last Friday, Headway Kent was delighted to attend a local signposting and social prescribing event, where we had the pleasure of sharing a table with our friends from the Stroke Association South East.

We would like to extend a sincere thank you to the Whitstable Social Prescribing team for organising such a well-run and valuable day. Events like these play an important role in bringing together organisations and professionals who are all committed to supporting people within the community.

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with other local services, exchange knowledge, and strengthen partnerships that help us better support individuals affected by acquired brain injury. We also had the chance to meet members of the public who came along seeking support or wanting to find out more about the services available to them.

We are always grateful for opportunities like this to raise awareness of Headway Kent and to be part of a wider network working together to make a difference.
