Celebrating Sam’s Successful Social Work Placement

Date: 17th March 2026

We are delighted to celebrate the completion of Sam’s social work placement with our team. Over the course of her time with us, Sam has developed a strong understanding of working with individuals affected by brain injury, while building valuable professional skills that will support her future career.

Throughout the placement, Sam demonstrated enthusiasm, compassion, and a genuine commitment to learning. She engaged positively with both colleagues and the people we support, making a meaningful contribution to our work and becoming a valued member of the team.

Social work placements are a vital part of professional development. They provide students with the opportunity to apply academic learning in real-world settings, gain hands-on experience, and develop confidence in their practice. At the same time, organisations benefit from the fresh perspectives, ideas, and energy that students bring, as well as the opportunity to contribute to the development of future professionals within the sector.

Sam’s placement has been a great example of the mutual benefits these opportunities provide, and we are proud to have supported her learning journey.

We would like to thank Sam for her hard work and dedication during her time with us. It has been a pleasure to have her as part of the team, and she will be greatly missed. We wish her every success in the next stage of her career.
